Flight Tracking
Flight tracking is the automatic monitoring of a passenger's inbound flight status so that a scheduled airport pickup adjusts when the flight arrives early or late.
Without it, a delayed flight either strands the passenger or runs up wait-time charges while the vehicle sits. It is considered a baseline requirement for any operator doing meaningful airport volume.
