Migrating from Limo Anywhere
Bring your Limo Anywhere trips and customers across in minutes
Your history is not trapped. Export it, upload it, check it over, and go live — the import itself averages about five minutes — with your own merchant account on the other side, so your money never routes through us.
- What comes across
- Trips, customers, full trip history
- Before any of it saves
- You check it and approve it
- Where payments land
- Your own merchant account
Book a time that suits you. Bring your Limo Anywhere export and we will run it while you watch.
How the move actually goes
You do this yourself, inside your own account, whenever suits you — there is no queue and nobody to wait on.
Upload the file you exported
Export your trips and customers from your old system and drop the file in. We work out which system it came from on our own — you don't have to tell us, or rename anything, or fill in a template.
We recognize the file
Check we read it right
We show you what we think each part of your file is — pickup time, passenger, driver, fare — with real examples pulled from your own trips next to each one, so you can spot anything in the wrong place straight away.
Your own trips as examples
Check it before it saves
Nothing has been saved yet. You see every trip and customer exactly as it will land, we point out anyone who looks like a duplicate so you choose which record to keep, and we flag any trip whose money doesn't add up against what your old system said was owed.
Still nothing saved
Hit go, and fix only what didn't take
The import runs while you carry on working, with a progress bar. If a few trips don't make it, you get just those ones back to fix — you never re-upload the file or start the whole thing again.
Fix the few, keep the rest
We know what a Limo Anywhere export looks like
Our Limo Anywhere reader handles the documented export-wizard columns and the real-world Trip Export layout, which are not the same thing. Both are recognized automatically, so you do not have to work out which one you have or reshape the file before uploading it.
Drivers and vehicles
Your drivers are created automatically from the names on your trips — one migration made 154 driver records that way. Vehicle types are matched against the fleet list you set up during onboarding, which takes a few minutes.
Your merchant account. Your money. Your payout schedule.
This is the part that is structural rather than a feature, and it is the reason most operators call us.
You run payments through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard published 2.9% + 30¢, or a direct Fiserv merchant account issued in your own business name. Either way the account is in your name, you get your own dashboard, and you deal with the processor directly. Charges are made on your account — no platform fee out of a booking, no split, no intermediary balance. The full charge settles to you, on your own payout schedule.
That means there is no version of a bad month where we hold your deposits, slow your payouts, or decide your risk profile. We cannot. We are not in the path.
“LimoFlow is not a payment processor, merchant processor, or financial institution. We do not directly handle credit card transactions or hold funds.”

What you land on
Unlimited users, drivers, and vehicles on every plan, so adding a dispatcher never changes your bill.
Dispatch and the road
- Native iOS and Android driver app with live GPS, background tracking, and a dense location trail retained against every trip
- Flight tracking that fires the moment a driver is assigned to an airport pickup, with webhook updates and a polling fallback
- Waybills you configure section by section — financials stay hidden unless you switch them on
- Full-screen meet & greet name sign the driver can edit at the curb
- Driver time clock, shifts, two-way dispatch chat, and automated wake-up calls
Money, on your own rails
- Your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard published 2.9% + 30¢, or a direct Fiserv merchant account in your own name
- Deposits per leg in dollars or percent, authorize-only holds, card on file, and balance payment links
- Multi-trip invoicing with Net terms, credit limits, PO fields, and offline settlement by cheque, ACH, wire, or cash
- Driver pay computed per trip — flat, hourly, or percentage, with gratuity and extras — as a full ledger with statements and an audit trail you settle yourself
- Sales tax that accrues on the full sale and reports cash-basis alongside it, with a per-order rate snapshot so history never shifts
- Chargeback evidence packets that bundle the GPS trail, consent record, and trip timeline for the card network
Booking and the front office
- Embeddable booking widget — a real script tag, with instant pricing, your theming, and install-error monitoring
- Lead and quote pipeline from inquiry through priced, sent, confirmed, and paid, with automated quote follow-ups
- Customer duplicate detection that keys on properly normalized phone numbers, with a review step before any merge
- Customer portal with saved addresses, cards, invoices, loyalty points, and passkey sign-in
- Distance, hourly, and zone-to-zone pricing at once, plus per-metro regions and time-of-day rules itemized on the invoice
- One account running multiple sub-brands, each with its own merchant account, sender address, branding, widget, and rates
Questions operators ask before they move
How do I move my data out of Limo Anywhere?
Export your trips and customers from Limo Anywhere as a CSV or Excel file and upload it in LimoFlow. We work out which system the file came from on our own, show you what we think each part of it is with real examples from your own trips, and let you check everything over before any of it saves. You can bring across your customers and your trip and reservation history. Your drivers are created automatically from the driver names on your trips. The import runs while you carry on working, and if a few trips don't make it you get just those back to fix rather than starting the file again.
Will I lose my trip history?
No. Past and future trips both come across, and LimoFlow rebuilds the full price breakdown on each one rather than importing a single total — base rate, discounts, tax, tolls, extras, amount paid, and what is still owed. If our figure disagrees with what your old system said was owed on a trip, we flag that trip for you to look at instead of quietly picking one of the two numbers.
Does LimoFlow hold my payment funds?
No. You connect your own merchant account — your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard published 2.9% + 30¢, or a direct Fiserv merchant account in your own name — and customer payments settle directly to you on your own payout schedule. LimoFlow is never in the flow of funds and cannot hold, delay, or freeze a payout. LimoFlow's Terms of Service state: "LimoFlow is not a payment processor, merchant processor, or financial institution. We do not directly handle credit card transactions or hold funds."
Whose Stripe account is it?
Yours. You either sign in with the Stripe account you already use or set one up during onboarding, and either way the account is in your business name, you get your own Stripe dashboard, and your relationship is with Stripe directly. Charges are made on your account at Stripe's standard published rate, payouts run on your own schedule, LimoFlow takes no platform fee out of a booking, and you stay the merchant of record.
What happens to my drivers and vehicles?
Drivers are created automatically from the driver names on your imported trips, so their history stays attached to the work they actually did. Vehicle types are matched against the vehicle list you set up during onboarding, which takes a few minutes — vehicles themselves are not imported from a file.
