Dispatch
Dispatch is the process of assigning booked trips to specific vehicles and chauffeurs, and managing those assignments in real time as conditions change.
Dispatch balances vehicle availability, chauffeur hours, geography, and service commitments simultaneously. It is the operational core of a ground transportation company and the function most affected by software quality.
