Prices you can see, and a trial you can start today. LimoFlow publishes every plan — from $69/month — and the setup fee, and offers a 30-day free trial of the whole platform with no credit card. GroundWidgets publishes no prices and sells through demo requests.
Month to month. LimoFlow plans renew monthly and can be cancelled any time from inside the app, taking effect at the next renewal. GroundWidgets' terms set a 12-month term that renews automatically unless cancelled 90 days before it ends, and leaving early costs the monthly fee for every remaining month — unless the order form says otherwise.

GroundWidgets brings “30+ Years” of ground transportation technology and operating experience and a ten-part suite around SantaCruz, its reservation, dispatch and accounting system: GroundApp for branded passenger booking, WebConnect, GroundSpan for corporate and agency booking-tool connectivity, GroundPad for chauffeurs, GroundTrack for GPS and driver behavior, the GroundXchange affiliate network, GroundPay, and two managed services — GroundOps, which supplies reservation, dispatch and back-office staff, and GroundTech, which runs hosting, backup and monitoring.

It is made for depth: accounting with batch payment and closeout built in, hundreds of configuration settings, a Deem Saturn integration, and emergency support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with urgent requests answered in 15–60 minutes. For a large, multi-location operation that wants a configurable system, managed staffing or hosting from the same vendor, and is comfortable with an annual contract, GroundWidgets is a serious option. Is LimoFlow or GroundWidgets better for a limo company?

They suit different operations. GroundWidgets' SantaCruz is built for large and mid-sized companies, with built-in accounting, corporate and agency booking tools, its own affiliate network, managed staffing and hosting services and 24/7 emergency support, sold by demo under a 12-month agreement. LimoFlow publishes its prices from $69 a month, offers a 30-day free trial, renews monthly, lets you keep your own Stripe account, runs entirely in the browser, and serves fleets from one vehicle to more than 150.

How much does GroundWidgets cost?

GroundWidgets doesn't publish software prices; its site offers demos ('Request a Demo') and payment reviews instead. Its support page does publish rates for IT services: $200 an hour with a 2-hour minimum in business hours, and $350 an hour with a 3-hour minimum outside them. LimoFlow's plans are published: $69-$199.99/month for 120-500 bookings and inquiries, then 25-28¢ per additional booking, Enterprise from $349/month, and a $79-$200 one-time setup fee.

What contract does GroundWidgets require?

GroundWidgets' Master Services Agreement (on its terms-of-service page, last updated March 5, 2026) says that, unless the order form sets other terms, the agreement runs for twelve months and renews automatically for further twelve-month terms unless either party gives written notice at least 90 days before the term ends. Ending early means paying 'the monthly Fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Term', and fees can change with 30 days' notice. LimoFlow's Terms of Service renew plans monthly; you can cancel any time from within the app, effective at the next renewal.

Do I have to use GroundPay?

GroundWidgets' terms say that, unless an order form states otherwise, a client 'must be enrolled in and processing payments through Company's integrated payments processing platform within sixty (60) days', and that if not, it may increase fees or charge a non-integrated payment processing fee. GroundPay's processor and rates aren't published. LimoFlow never processes or holds your payments: you connect your own Stripe account (or another supported merchant account) and funds settle directly to you.

Who owns GroundWidgets?

GroundWidgets' terms name the company as 'Orissa Holdings, LLC DBA GroundWidgets, a subsidiary of Fullsteam Operations LLC'. Fullsteam's transportation page lists GroundWidgets alongside Limo Anywhere, and Chauffeur Driven reported in January 2025 that GroundWidgets had joined Fullsteam. GroundWidgets' GroundOps service also supports operators using Limo Anywhere.

Can I switch from GroundWidgets to LimoFlow?

Yes. LimoFlow includes a self-service import wizard: upload a CSV or XLSX export of your customers and trips, map the columns, preview every row in a dry run, and commit, or let the onboarding team do it for you. GroundWidgets' terms provide client data 'in a commonly used machine-readable format' for no more than 30 days after the agreement ends, so request your export before then. Most LimoFlow accounts are fully onboarded within 2-3 business days.
