Where LimoFlow Is Strong
- Bring your own processor, no penalty. LimoFlow connects your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢, and customer payments settle directly to you — LimoFlow's Terms of Service state: 'LimoFlow is not a payment processor, merchant processor, or financial institution. We do not directly handle credit card transactions or hold funds.' FASTTRAK's pricing lists a $100 to $500 monthly fee for running payments through anything other than its GROUND PAY, and its subscriber agreement expects payments through its own platform within 60 days unless the order form says otherwise.
- A lower first step. Starter is $69/month for 120 bookings and inquiries with a $79 setup fee, against FASTTRAK's $99/month for up to 100 bookings and $100 setup. Every LimoFlow plan includes unlimited users, drivers and vehicles; FASTTRAK lists unlimited drivers and publishes no user limits.
- Booking in your customers' language. Reservation forms in 23+ languages and multi-currency, multi-country operations on every plan. FASTTRAK's FAQ says English is currently its only language.
- Nothing to install. LimoFlow is one web app for dispatch, reservations, billing and reporting, used in any browser on any computer, plus the iOS and Android driver app. FASTTRAK offers a browser app and a separate Windows desktop app.
- Corporate billing built in. House and corporate accounts with Net-15/Net-30 terms, automated monthly statements and a corporate client portal from the $99.99 Essential plan, plus a customer self-service portal on every plan.
- Marketing in the same system. CRM with booking-level marketing attribution and ad ROI tracking, Google Tag Manager included, and optional SEO, Google Ads and website services from the same vendor.
Where FASTTRAK Is Strong
FASTTRAK has served ground transportation since 1998, and its founder ran a limousine company before building the software. It publishes its whole price ladder — from $99 a month for up to 100 bookings to $1,999 for 15,000 — and its 15¢ charge per booking over the base, which falls at higher volume, is lower than LimoFlow's published 25-28¢. GNET affiliate work is on every FASTTRAK plan, where LimoFlow includes GNET farm-in from Growth.
It is also built for corporate and institutional work: FASTTRAK says over 75% of Carey reservation orders reach its subscribers electronically, LimoLink has fed orders to its platform for over two decades, and it has modules for group manifests, multi-leg charters and airline crews. It serves hotel, resort and casino transportation departments, keeps each operator in a private cloud database, and offers a Windows desktop app for dispatchers who prefer one. Since March 23, 2026 it belongs to Fullsteam, which also owns Limo Anywhere and GroundWidgets; FASTTRAK says it continues operating independently.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is LimoFlow or FASTTRAK better for a limo company?
It depends on volume and how you take payments. FASTTRAK, founded in 1998 and part of Fullsteam since March 2026, publishes prices from $99 a month for up to 100 bookings to $1,999 for 15,000, charges 15¢ per booking over the base, includes GNET on every plan, and connects to corporate networks such as Carey and LimoLink — a good fit for high-volume operators and hotel, resort or casino transportation departments. LimoFlow starts at $69 a month with unlimited users, drivers and vehicles, lets you keep your own Stripe account with no extra fee, books in 23+ languages, and runs entirely in the browser. Both offer a 30-day free trial.
How much does FASTTRAK cost compared with LimoFlow?
As of November 6, 2026, FASTTRAK's pricing page lists Starter at $99/month for up to 100 bookings ($100 setup), Pro at $129, $159 or $189 for 250, 500 or 750 bookings ($195 setup), and Enterprise at $219, $279 or $319 for 1,000 to 2,000 bookings ($495 setup), with bookings over the base at 15¢, scaling down; its Enterprise page continues to $1,999/month for 15,000 bookings. Its GROUND PAY page notes a 15% increase for existing integrated subscriptions from August 5, 2026. LimoFlow runs $69-$199.99/month for 120-500 bookings and inquiries, then 25-28¢ each, with Enterprise from $349/month and a $79-$200 setup fee. Check both vendors' pricing pages before deciding.
Do I have to use FASTTRAK's payment processor?
Not strictly, but it costs more not to. FASTTRAK's pricing page lists a 'Non-FT Ground Pay Integration Fee' of $100, $200 or $500 a month (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) and says '.001 Integration Fee Applies' to a direct Stripe connection, and its subscriber agreement says that, unless an order form states otherwise, a client 'must be enrolled in and processing payments through Company's integrated payments processing platform within sixty (60) days'. GROUND PAY rates are quoted individually. LimoFlow is never in the flow of funds: you connect your own Stripe account (or another supported merchant account) and payments settle directly to you.
What contract does FASTTRAK require?
Its own pages differ, so ask before signing. The pricing-page FAQ says 'Our subscriptions are monthly and do have a 30 cancellation notice period.' The subscriber agreement (last updated June 1, 2026) says that, unless the order form sets other terms, the agreement runs 'for twelve (12) months' and renews automatically for further 12-month terms unless either party gives written notice at least 90 days before renewal. LimoFlow's Terms of Service renew plans monthly; you can cancel any time from within the app, effective at the next renewal.
How do the LimoFlow and FASTTRAK interfaces compare?
LimoFlow is a single web app — dispatch board, reservations, billing and reporting — that runs in any browser with nothing to install, alongside its iOS and Android driver app. FASTTRAK offers two interfaces on the same private cloud database: InVision, a browser app launched in 2022, and Ultimate, a Windows desktop app downloaded as an .EXE; its driver app was rebuilt in 2026. The best test is a trial: both vendors offer 30 days free.
Who owns FASTTRAK?
FASTTRAK Technologies joined Fullsteam, a payments and software company, on March 23, 2026, and its subscriber agreement now names Fullsteam Software Holdings LLC DBA FASTTRAK as the company. Fullsteam also owns Limo Anywhere and GroundWidgets. FASTTRAK says it continues operating independently.
Can I switch from FASTTRAK to LimoFlow?
Yes. LimoFlow includes a self-service import wizard: upload a CSV or XLSX export of your customers and trips, map the columns, preview every row in a dry run, and commit. If you'd rather not touch it, the onboarding team migrates your data from exports for you. Most accounts are fully onboarded within 2-3 business days.
