Where LimoFlow Is Strong

  • A driver app on both platforms today. LimoFlow's driver app runs on iOS and Android, with GPS tracking, geofenced trip status, two-way dispatch chat, signature capture and in-app payments and tipping. Kymark's Android app went on Google Play in October 2026, and its driver-app page says a new iOS & Android version is coming soon.
  • A longer look before you commit. 30 days of the full platform with no credit card, against Kymark's 14-day trial.
  • Booking in your customers' language. Reservation forms in 23+ languages, with multi-currency and multi-country operations on every plan. Kymark publishes country and currency coverage but not the languages its booking pages run in.
  • A published rate for busy months. When a month runs past the plan, LimoFlow charges a published 25-28¢ per additional booking and the plan stays the same. Kymark charges no overage and alerts you at 80% and 100% of your trip limit so you can upgrade; it doesn't publish what happens if you stay over the limit month after month.
  • Marketing in the same system. CRM with booking-level marketing attribution and ad ROI tracking, Google Tag Manager included, and optional SEO, Google Ads and website services from the same vendor — so acquisition and operations live in one system.
  • Tours, weddings and packages. A multi-stop tour builder plus wine tour, city tour, sightseeing and wedding package builders, with per-person (including age-band), per-vehicle, per-hour or flat package pricing and per-passenger ticketing with QR check-in.

Where Kymark Is Strong

Kymark's V3.0, launched October 20, 2026, is one of the lowest-priced published plan sets in the category: ten tiers from $19 a month for 10 trips to $599 for 3,000, every feature on every tier, unlimited users, drivers, vehicles and customer records, no setup fee, no overage fees, and monthly billing with “no annual lock-ins, no contracts”. Card payments run through your own Stripe account with nothing added by Kymark — the same model LimoFlow uses.

Its feature list is broad for the price: GNET plus built-in farm-in and farm-out, a corporate self-booking portal with net-30 billing, shuttle and seat-based booking, driver payroll and vehicle P&L reports, QuickBooks Online, a public API on every plan, free data migration and free custom features that it says are normally delivered within 24–48 hours. The company was founded by operators and has been family owned since 2014. If the lowest monthly price at very small volume matters most, Kymark deserves a serious look.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is LimoFlow or Kymark better for a limo company?

Both publish their prices, bill monthly, include unlimited users, drivers and vehicles, and let you keep your own Stripe account. Kymark's V3.0 (October 2026) is cheaper at very small volume — $19 a month for 10 trips, $39 for 25 — with no setup fee and no overage fees. LimoFlow offers a 30-day full trial instead of 14 days, a driver app on iOS and Android today, reservation forms in 23+ languages, a published per-booking rate for busy months, and optional marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, websites) from the same vendor.

How much does Kymark cost compared with LimoFlow?

As of November 6, 2026, Kymark prices by trips a month: $19 (10), $39 (25), $89 (150), $109 (250), $149 (500), $199 (1,000), $299 (1,500), $399 (2,000), $499 (2,500) and $599 (3,000), with a custom quote above that, no setup fee and no overage fees. LimoFlow runs $69-$199.99/month for 120-500 bookings and inquiries, then 25-28¢ per additional booking, with Enterprise from $349/month and a $79-$200 one-time setup fee. Note the units differ: Kymark counts trips, LimoFlow counts bookings and inquiries. Check both pricing pages before deciding.

Does Kymark have an iOS driver app?

Kymark's driver-app page answers 'Yes — native apps for both' (iOS 14+ and Android 9+), and the same page's headline says a new iOS & Android version is 'coming soon'. On November 6, 2026, Google Play listed one Kymark app, 'Kymark Limo Software' (version 1.0, released October 13, 2026, for dispatchers and drivers), and we found no Kymark app on the App Store. LimoFlow's driver app is available for both iOS and Android.

What changed with Kymark V3.0?

Kymark launched V3.0 on October 20, 2026 with new pricing: ten paid tiers by trips a month from $19 to $599, every feature on every tier, no setup fee and a 14-day free trial. Its pricing page in February 2026 showed a free Starter plan (up to 5 bookings a month, 1 vehicle), a 30-day trial and vehicle limits per plan. Some third-party software directories still show the old free plan, so check Kymark's own pricing page.

Can I keep my own Stripe account on Kymark and LimoFlow?

Yes, on both. Kymark says payments 'run through your own Stripe account, so you pay exactly what Stripe charges — nothing extra from Kymark.' LimoFlow connects your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢, or one of our other supported merchant options, and payments settle directly to you; LimoFlow is never in the flow of funds.

Can I switch from Kymark to LimoFlow?

Yes. LimoFlow includes a self-service import wizard: upload a CSV or XLSX export of your customers and trips, map the columns, preview every row in a dry run, and commit. If you'd rather not touch it, the onboarding team migrates your data from exports for you. Most accounts are fully onboarded within 2-3 business days.
