LimoFlow
our productBest for: Operators who want the whole operation on one plan without per-seat, per-module or per-trip metering
The only platform in this list that meters none of your capacity: users, drivers and vehicles are unlimited on every plan, including the $65 entry tier.
Published pricing: $65 / $90 / $130 / $199 per month, Enterprise from $349. One-time setup $75-$199. 30-day free trial of the full platform, no credit card.
What it does well
- Unlimited users, drivers and vehicles on every plan — adding dispatchers, chauffeurs or vehicles never changes the price
- Visual dispatch board, iOS and Android driver app, driver portal and a customer self-service portal included from the entry plan, not sold as modules
- Corporate accounts with Net-15/Net-30 terms, automated statements and a corporate client portal from the $90 plan
- Card payments settle to the operator's own merchant account — LimoFlow is not a payment processor and cannot hold or freeze a payout
- Lowest published setup fee in this list at $75-$199
- One operator on the platform runs a fleet of more than 150 vehicles on these same published plans
Trade-offs
- Shorter track record and a smaller installed base than Limo Anywhere, which has operated for 20+ years
- Bookings and inquiries carry a monthly plan allowance (110-750 by plan); past it, extra bookings bill at a published 25-28¢ each — higher than Yelowsoft's published 15-20¢ per-trip overage
- No affiliate network of its own; GNET farm-in connectivity starts at the $130 Growth plan
- No permanently free tier — evaluation is a 30-day full-platform trial instead

Limo Anywhere
Best for: Established operators who farm out significant volume through the LA Net affiliate network
The longest track record in the category and the affiliate network most US operators already farm through — the reason to choose it is the network, not the pricing model.
Published pricing: CORE $99/mo + $0.25 per trip ($299 setup, up to 500 trips) · PLUS $249/mo + $0.20 per trip ($599 setup, up to 1,500) · BLACK $549/mo + $0.20 per trip ($899 setup, up to 5,000). Monthly price rises with volume on their own selector — CORE reaches $1,210/mo and BLACK $5,999/mo at 15,000 trips.
What it does well
- 20+ years in the category — the longest track record of any platform here
- LA Net affiliate network, a genuine advantage for operators farming work nationwide
- Month-to-month billing with no long-term contract is published policy
Trade-offs
- The per-trip fee bills from the first trip, not only above an allowance — their published footnote reads "Per-trip pricing applies for each trip booked within the limits of the subscription plan"
- Each plan is capped ("up to" 500 / 1,500 / 5,000 trips) with higher published rates above the cap: $0.50 / $0.45 / $0.40 per trip
- The passenger app is a published add-on below the BLACK tier at $199 setup plus $99/month, and Messaging Manager is $39/month on CORE
- Setup fees run $299-$899

Moovs
Best for: Solo operators who want to start free, and anyone who specifically wants a branded passenger app in the app stores
The only platform here with a genuinely free tier you can stay on, and the clearest route to your own app-store presence — provided you only need a handful of user seats.
Published pricing: Free "Test Drive" tier (10 rides/month, 1 user, no card processing) · Standard $149/mo, 3 user seats, 150 rides ($299 setup) · Pro $199/mo, 5 seats, 1,000 rides ($299 setup) · Enterprise from $999/mo.
What it does well
- A free tier an operator can remain on without ever subscribing
- Largest verified-review footprint of the newer platforms — 4.8/5 from 32 reviews on Capterra at the time of writing
- Branded passenger app available on every tier for operators who want an app-store listing
Trade-offs
- User seats are metered: 3 on Standard and 5 on Pro, with unlimited seats only on the $999/month Enterprise tier
- The branded passenger app is a published add-on at $499/month plus $1,000 setup
- Marketing attribution via Google Tag Manager appears on Enterprise in the published matrix, or as a $99/month add-on for Pro plus a setup fee
- Rides are capped by tier (10 / 150 / 1,000), so exceeding a cap means moving up a plan rather than paying a published overage

Yelowsoft
Best for: High-volume operations where the per-trip overage rate matters more than the entry price
Publishes the lowest per-trip overage in this list at 15-20¢, which pays off at volume — but the apps that most operators consider core are priced as separate modules.
Published pricing: Starter $99/mo, 500 trips, $0.20 per additional trip ($999 setup) · Professional $270/mo, 1,500 trips, $0.18 ($1,499 setup) · Growth $750/mo, 5,000 trips, $0.15 ($1,999 setup). 7-day free trial.
What it does well
- Lowest published per-trip overage of any platform here — $0.15-$0.20, below LimoFlow's 25-28¢ per additional booking
- Generous included trip counts: 500 on the entry plan, rising to 5,000
- Serves taxi, ride-hailing and limo work on one platform
Trade-offs
- Setup fees of $999-$1,999 — by far the highest in this list
- The white-label driver app (+$99/mo), the customer app (+$99/mo or +$49/mo as a PWA) and QuickBooks integration (+$49/mo) are priced as separate add-ons
- Positioned primarily as taxi-dispatch software, with limo and chauffeur work served by the same platform rather than purpose-built for it

Limozoft
Best for: Operators shopping purely on the lowest monthly sticker price
The cheapest published monthly rate here by a wide margin, from a platform that launched recently and has no independent review record yet.
Published pricing: $399 one-time setup, then $10-$30 per month, all features stated as included.
What it does well
- Lowest published monthly price in this list at $10-$30
- States no per-driver, per-trip or feature add-on fees
Trade-offs
- Recent entrant with no independent review footprint on Capterra, G2 or Software Advice at the time of writing
- The testimonials on its own site are drawn from Trustpilot reviews of an affiliated web-design agency rather than of the dispatch product
- Setup fee of $399 is higher than LimoFlow's $75-$199 despite the lower monthly rate

GroundWidgets (and Ground Alliance)
Best for: Large multi-location operations that expect a bespoke implementation and a negotiated contract
Enterprise-tier software aimed at bigger fleets, sold through sales conversations rather than a price list — you cannot compare it on cost without contacting them.
Published pricing: None published — quote only.
What it does well
- Built for large and mid-sized ground transportation companies, with a long-standing enterprise install base
- Ground Alliance and SantaCruz give the group a range of products across operator sizes
Trade-offs
- Publishes no pricing at all — no plan prices, per-vehicle rates, setup fees or per-trip fees — so cost cannot be compared before a sales call
- Sold via demo request and contact-sales rather than self-service signup
