Limo Management Software, From Quote to Invoice
Limo software earns its keep by carrying a trip from the first quote to the final invoice without anyone retyping it. Here is that path in LimoFlow, with the page that covers each stage in depth.
Quote and book
Customers book or ask for a quote on your website or a hosted booking page, regulars rebook from their customer portal, and your staff add phone bookings to the same system. Prices come from zone-based flat rates on every plan, with dynamic pricing from Essential. See limo booking software.
Take payment
Take a deposit, the full fare or a card authorization charged after the trip, decided per booking, vehicle or service type. Payments settle to a merchant account in your own business name. See payment processing.
Dispatch
Each trip lands on the dispatch board and the day, week and month calendar, where you match it to a driver and vehicle. See limo dispatch software.
Drive
The chauffeur runs the trip from the iOS or Android driver app and messages dispatch inside the trip instead of by text. See the driver app.
Invoice
Branded PDF invoices and receipts are generated for each trip, attached to emails or downloadable from the customer portal.
Report and grow
Reports cover orders, sales tax, driver and affiliate payouts and traffic sources, and every booking keeps its marketing source, so you can see which ads bring paying customers. See reporting and analytics.
Not in the product yet, so you can plan around it: a direct QuickBooks integration (QuickBooks data export is in beta today), WhatsApp notifications, farm-out through GNET and a public REST API (in private beta) are in development, and an AI phone agent is in beta testing with live clients.
Limousine Software for Every Kind of Operator

Airport transfer companies
Live flight tracking that sends delays and gate changes to dispatch and the driver, pickup times checked against real arrivals at booking, and zone pricing that recognizes airports and hotels as landmarks.
Limousine, wedding and event operators
A wedding package builder for multi-vehicle, multi-leg days with deposit and final-payment steps (Essential and up), amenity showcases for each vehicle, and hourly rate floors on every plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is limo software?
Limo software is a platform designed to help limousine and chauffeur companies manage bookings, dispatch, client communication, and payments from one centralized dashboard.
Does LimoFlow include a dispatch board?
Yes. You can assign drivers, update schedules, and notify them in real time using our visual dispatch system.
Can I use LimoFlow with my existing website?
Absolutely. You can embed our booking form directly or link to a hosted version of your booking widget.
Do you offer SMS notifications?
Yes, our built-in SMS feature allows you to send confirmations, reminders, and updates to both clients and drivers.
What payment processors are supported?
We integrate directly with Stripe for fast and secure credit card processing.
Can I manage affiliate bookings and referrals?
Yes, our affiliate panel lets you track referrals from hotels, concierges, and partner accounts easily.
Is QuickBooks integration available?
A direct QuickBooks integration is coming soon. Today, QuickBooks data export is available for beta testing on the Essential plan and up, and Zapier connects LimoFlow to thousands of other tools.
Do you offer a mobile app?
Yes. Drivers get a dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android with GPS tracking, geofenced trip status updates, two-way dispatch chat, and digital signature capture. The back office is fully web-based and works on any phone, tablet, or desktop.
Can you build my limo website?
We offer a conversion-optimized website template tailored for limo businesses. Ask us about setup options.
How long does setup take?
Most accounts are live within 48 hours. A built-in self-service import wizard brings your existing customers and trips over from a CSV or XLSX export in minutes — with column mapping and a dry-run preview before anything is committed — and our team will walk you through setup and configuration.
Is there free limo software?
LimoFlow is paid software, but every new account gets the full platform free for 30 days with no credit card required. That is long enough to run real bookings and dispatch through it, then choose a plan or walk away having paid nothing.
How is limo software different from taxi dispatch software?
Taxi and ride-hail dispatch is built for on-demand work: the nearest car takes the next request and a meter sets the fare. Limo software is built for trips booked ahead and priced up front, with vehicle classes, hourly and round-trip bookings, flight details for airport pickups, corporate billing and affiliate farm-outs. LimoFlow is built for that second kind of work.
Can I switch to LimoFlow from Moovs or Limo Anywhere?
Yes. LimoFlow reads Moovs and Limo Anywhere exports directly: customers, trip and reservation history, and drivers (taken from the trip data) come across. Rate tables don't, so you set those up in LimoFlow, where a bulk CSV or XLSX rate import helps. Hands-on migration help is included from the Essential plan, and Starter uses the self-service tool.
Can I run more than one brand from one LimoFlow account?
Yes. Alias (DBA) accounts let each brand keep its own branding, domain and customer experience while you manage them, and one shared fleet and driver pool, from a single dashboard. Alias accounts share your plan's monthly booking allowance. Growth includes one and PRO includes three; on Starter and Essential they are a monthly add-on.
Does LimoFlow work outside the United States?
Yes. Operators in 10+ countries use it, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Germany, France, Singapore, New Zealand and Ireland. One account can quote, invoice and take payments in multiple currencies, and the booking form adapts to the customer's language, with 23+ languages supported.
