Corporate Account

Also known as: house account, direct bill

A corporate account is a billing arrangement in which a business books transportation for its staff or clients and is invoiced periodically, rather than each passenger paying at the time of travel.

Corporate accounts produce predictable recurring volume and are usually the most valuable customer type for a chauffeured operator, but they require accurate cost-centre reporting and consolidated invoicing.
