Minimum Hours
Minimum hours is the shortest billable duration an operator will accept for an hourly or as-directed booking, charged even if the actual service runs shorter.
Minimums protect against the opportunity cost of committing a vehicle and chauffeur to a reservation. Three to six hours is typical, and minimums often rise on peak dates such as prom and wedding weekends.
